Hello from North Georgia. I am Dan at Dandesign.
I really need some help with my plotter, an Anagraph Elite 60E has suddenly started doing crazy stuff. I set the pressure and speed before I start the cut process. When I hit Start in the Production Manager (Flexi 8.1) the pressure immediately jumps from 3.2 up to 7, and speed jumps from 18 up to 29+. I have to reach over and tap the pressure and speed buttons as fast a possible to keep the blade from digging into the vinyl. Then in the middle of a run the pressure and speed jumps up again and rips holes in the vinyl. HELP! Thanks for any and all help. Dan
