I have recently ordered a new paper for printing photos and art. Can anyone help me find a suitable profile? We run Wasatch for RIP. The paper is Satin Solvent PE 225 gsm. I have attached the spec sheet. Any help is greatly appreciated!

We have been using a JV33-160 for 7 years now to print on canvas. We have had many requests for photo paper prints and are looking to be able to provide these for our customers. Will this printer work well for paper prints? What profiles and settings should we be using? Thanks for any help!

Any suggestions on how to fix alignment?

Our printer is not working correctly. We are having trouble with LM/LC. Error is 58:10 "The printer's color sensor is not working well. Color reading operations may fail. If the problem persistsk call HP" I have attached photos of the diagnostic prints. Any help is greatly appreciated!

It's going to run us just under $3k to get tech out here to replace printhead. Anyone have any recommendations on the best printer for canvas currently on the market? We have been using this one for almost 10 years and need to determine whether to replace printhead or to get a new one.

Definitely thinking the same thing about the printhead. We ran a clean and the yellow damper is actually pulling black into it from the printhead.

If someone could please help it would be appreciated. Our black ink from damper #5 is leaking into our yellow, damper #6. We have replaced both and ink is flowing through. We are concerned that the printer head is damaged. I have attached an image of the ink test.

Here's what it looks like from the back.

Thank you all for your help. I believe we have resolved the issue. We have ordered a new valve that goes in the back of the cyan cartridge. We will be attempting to install it ourselves when it arrives on Monday.

We just did this had zero ink flow. We opened the valves in the back... disconnected damper and tried to pull ink from joint valve and nothing came out of either line.

How do I check this?

Also, do they both need taped down?

What is "flowing fine"? I opened the valve and held down the button on the damper and ink came out, but just drops... not a solid flow
