I got the same problime for long time, and make eny thing to solve it but it didnt work, finaly I found that cap of the Magenta coler which conected with small tube to the west potel, its close both of them, after cleaning it work in good condition....... hope u may try this way

hi all, when I make a test print, the machine give me a lot of missing line in the Magenta Head, So I perform Head Cleaning several times in different modes including the manual cleaning (just by cleaning tolls which come with the machine) but not good result I got, some lines apeir (little)...

try to change the color mangemnet in the vesawork ------ (qulity - color mangement) and make yours
