Need Help VersaCAMM SP-300v Ink Problem
Go to your applications and in the Roland VersaWorks folder choose Initialize Application (you will loose any work in Versoworks). It should reconnect to your printer with the correct set of inks. Roland MAX inks only CMYK ! -
Question VersaCamm VS 540i pulling magenta from one cartridge
I would not start with the dampers, I would recommend changing your CapTops. One may be cleaning better than the other, so the other is sucking some air. It is normal that they don't empty at the same time but normally close, as in a few days of each other.
