Thanks for replying Smoke-Jaguar. I did try blowing air in the region around the capping station and the message is still there. I'd like to know where this led sensor is located so I can clean it. Does anyone know where I can find this sensor?

Hi Neil. The thing is there is nothing in the sign blank. You cannot see any vectors or images on the screen no matter how much you zoom out. If you go select all, it shows you have objects but you cannot see them. They show up in the layer viewer. And if you go select by object, size, etc...

Is this the regular 3M 5100 series or the IJ version you are talking about? The IJ version was just over $1800 a roll.
