I'm printing reflective on my JV33 at 50 degrees pre-print and 50 degrees print temperature (Celsius). 12 pass, uni-directional, fast print ON. No banding what so ever, and dry.

The waste ink of a solvent printer is chemical waste, so should be treated as such. Put it in a barrel and take it to a chemical waste site. To those who don't care........ I hope that your children will blame you for poluting the surroundings.

Did you check the serialnumbers on the heads?

Try to set your pre-print temp 5 degrees Celcius lower then print temp, or set the print temp 5 degrees higher, it might work.
