    Caldera is hands down #1 in my book. Ive used Onyx, Wasatch, Versaworks and some Flexi. Caldera has given me no problems. On a side note if yopu do get Caldera I highly recomend getting the Barbieri easy color for making profiles! Its a large cost but in my opinion its worth its wieght in gold!

  6. Zund Acrylic Bit

    My best resultes have been with the R-113 bit. Also before I route I put 2 layers of pre-mask on the sheet, and put that side down on the table. And from my experiance use a "soft acrylic" I forget if thats extruded or cast. Most important use new mats if its going to be smal letters.
