hi jeana, I have same problem you mean the ink somehow does not come out after, have you tried filling after filling I think the pumping valve at the back of the ink cartridge is not working well what I have done instead of letting it open automatically I put a paper like jumper to make it open steadily until I will have time to change the valve...hope it helps.
