We used some 3m chrome vinyl for a customer last week and it worked great! The stuff is crazy expensive and nobody stocks it. It's made to order from 3m directly. We did notice it was very easy to scratch but no problems with cutting and weeding.

You can use Matthews Paint then apply a Matte Clear over it. Then the paint will last and you will get the look.

We use Matthews all day long but we also have a heated booth. With a little heat and Matthews Accelerator we have applied vinyl the same day and not have problems. Again we wait at least a day if we can. It's better to wait then to scrape!!!
