Do you have the ID Boards and Heater junction board in stock, ready to ship today?

They're the old style cartridges. The problem started with just the Magenta, but eventually jumped to all colors. Would one bad Ink ID board affect them all?

Using refillables, but have Mutoh carts on hand for emergency. They didn't work either.

Any resolution? I'm dealing with the S/C Read Error now.

Error has been come and go for a while, but now seem to be permanent. Tried everything I can think of, have parts on order, but I'm in a serious bind and need this thing running yesterday. Any ideas or ways to bypass?

Got a new print head. The old print head was in bad shape. Printer's like new again.

Victory! Removed the cables from the head, gently scraped them with a razor blade, reinserted them and she's now printing like the day she was born! Not sure what the problem was, didn't see anything come off of them, but there must have been a contaminant of some sort. Thanks for all the input.

Replaced the print head. This is what I got for my first nozzle checks - nothing else changed.

OK - got it. I had the right O rings.

Thanks for the reply! Switched dampers. Still the same problem in the same spot. I've tried soaking and flushing the head with little to no change. Immediately after soaking, It prints better, and I get about 80% of that section back, but it almost immediately degrades on the next test. Just...

Mutoh VJ1204 Everything is perfect except the one section. Done everything except new print head. Would appreciate any suggestions before I start throwing more money at it. Thanks!
