You were recommended to me to possibly be able to fix / repair my on board firewire controller for my Mimaki JV3-160S. The machine was up and running for 18 months and after I moved it to my new office, I've lost my firewire connection from PC to Printer. It does still run using a parallel connection, but it cannot be initialized when connecting the firewire cable. I've replaced the cable and the card so I know those 2 of the 3 pieces are in working order.
Do you service this card and if so what is the cost to do so?
