    So you are saying that you are using the Epson OEM inks, and trying to sublimate? If that's the case that will not work, you need sublimation ink, and the substrate that you are using are coated with a polyester to accept sublimation.

    Try a diamond bit, with an SDS, or a Rotary Hammer drill. They are not cheap, but it will get the job done.
