head drivers you need to change the head driver boards, that will be the first thing to do. I had the same issue in a blizzard, I hope it helps.

try this shutdown the printer, press f2 and arrow down and power up. but leave the keys pressed until apperas the other menu. I hope this helps. if you are going to change the printer, do not forget to unplug from power and then press power to release the capacitors.

you can buy them in canada you can buy that kind of bulk in canada for 1K. I was talking about the automated bulk system from mutoh that is more expensive and is automated. look for them in google or ebay. I hope this helps better.

are you going to use bulk system do you have bulk system. I can recommend the WUA in from Sericol. I have several printers in central america and Caribbean using that ink with no problem on mimakis using DX4 and DX 5 epson print head. where are you located.
