Check the T fence (clear band) that is directly behind the head carriage. I had that happen and somehow that band(the t fence ) had gotten flipped up and outta position and wouldn't let the head assembly move without giving a code

Keep running the clean cycles and see if it gradually improves also check your drain tubes leading down into waste bottle to make sure your not partially plugged off

I started a small charge on the cleaning mode and it fired up and took off thankfully.

I got it working again.

Go into menu, scroll to flushing and select it should come up "on paper" turn off.
