  1. DTG printing advice

Good afternoon! I run a small print shop in town but I stay very very busy. I am extremely blessed. I am pretty well known and I am a marketing guru so I have steady work coming in. Right now, I have a 6/6 manual vaster screen print press, Epson sublimation printer, 64" HP latex for wide format...
  2. EFI 1625 LED, is it worth purchasing used?

I am still a smaller shop. I do a lot of yard signs, but my main bread and butter is my embroidery and apparel machines. I do have the room for a flat bed printer, I just thought at $10k it was a steal and would really vamp up production.
  3. EFI 1625 LED, is it worth purchasing used?

Good morning. I have a friend who works at Fast Signs, one of the larger shops in the franchise and they are selling their EFI 1625 LED flatbed printer. They are upgrading to a new Vanguard printer and are giving me first dibs at what seems a pretty good price (around $10K) so I am curious if...
  4. Epson 80600 Missing LC/LM

The printer is roughly two years old now.
  5. Epson 80600 Missing LC/LM

Man, I am dealing with the EXACT same thing right now. Printer has been running fine up until 3 weeks ago. Noticed banding in my prints and my light M and light C are showing all sorts of broken lines in my print nozzle tests. I have ran multiple cleanings and it hasn't gotten any better. I...
  6. HP Latex Model comparison

I print off of an HP latex 110. I got an absolute steal on it. Got the 54" printer, 54" graphtec 8600 series and a lamination machine with 75+ rolls of vinyl for $6,000. And HP will offer me an extended warranty on the printer! Its a 16/17 model but prints absolutely fine for what I need.
  7. Best way to haul your wide formats?

I believe I will take off the plotter from the stands, that should not be an issue. The latex printer is what I was mainly concerned about now!
  8. Best way to haul your wide formats?

I will most likely be using a enclosed 6x12' trailer. I was told to put the machines near the center of the trailer? But I am buying bubble wrap to put around some places and then going to get a lot of ratchet straps and make sure they are strapped in good. Going to make sure i take out the...
  9. Best way to haul your wide formats?

Good morning y'all. I found a deal through the marketplace from a screen print company who is selling their HP latex, graphtec plotter and laminator with rolls of vinyl for an absolute steal. I have to drive 4 hours to pick it up so I am wondering what is the best way to haul this stuff from...
  10. Is mobile sign service a good investment?

Well I don’t live in any certain neighborhood or town that doesn’t allow you to park trailers outside. That’s in places like Saint Augustine. I’m not really worried about anything like that.
  11. Is mobile sign service a good investment?

So you think I should spend the $2500 in advertising than buy a trailer? Im not disagreeing with you one bit. On Facebook, I have learned that videos work quite well when it comes to advertising. I managed to spend about $150-175 on ads (approx $15/daily budget) on one ad targeting landscapers...
  12. Is mobile sign service a good investment?

I haven't done any events this past year because you have to sign up and become a vendor in advance. Iv been working out of the house, that is it. Now, sometimes I run Facebook ads with a time lapse video of me installing a vinyl job on a trailer, and I will get business owners reach out to me...
  13. Is mobile sign service a good investment?

Good afternoon everybody. Not sure what section this should belong to, but I have been cutting vinyl and printing shirts for about 6-7 years now. Up until 2019, I was cutting for personal purposes and for friends/family who needed smaller decals for their cars and what not. But this past year I...
