Hi, did you fixed the problem? I bought a new rf-640, and it has never printed without banding problems, also the prints are inconsistent somehow. I think varranty is the only way to fix the this. Br, Nino

Ink, we have ink in hoes, also in dampers, its look like heads wont print at al..

I think it is Head board, because i pluged out flat cables when the printer was ON. The lines are ok, there is no leak and we pulled the air through dampers. I ordered new Head board, let's see what is gonna happen then. Till now just headache..

After head Replacement because of cheap 3rd party inks, we printed for one year with OEM ink on our VP-540, then I decided to try NAZDAR, I can say we are super satisfyed with the ink.. no big difference from OEM, two nozzels which where clogged on one of the Heads acctually oppened useing...

I did, also I tried with old captop and parts, one head doesnt print at all.. I ordered all cables, lets see tomorrow if the cable was problem..

After we replaced the Dumpers and captops one of the Print heads wont pull any ink. That happened after one of our employees made inkl flush out of the system. Ink acctually comes till under the mainboard and then stops. We ordered new cables, but I'm not shure that the cables are responsible...

Not yet, we ordered all parts for Service, and if this doesn't solve the problem, then new Head...

I have the same problem on my XF-640, did you solve the problem?
