Replaced cut control cable (?) between servo board and cut carriage board. Same error. (Sub CPU not working). Next step? Replace servo board? Thanks guys. SP 540V

One at a time?....you mean let one OEM cart run out then switched to the bulk cart?

$110 - 440ml cart of OEM $80 - 1000ml of 3rd party I'm no math whiz (actually I am), but bulk ink saves me much more than .05 per sf...not to mention no dropouts due to cart sensor malfunctions (rare on OEM, I know...I did my time with them :)...just my .02 (or ~.15 )... Best move, from a $...

Running them on both our Rolands...would never look back. Did switch inks due to cost savings however.

Running bulk systems on both our Rolands for almost two years...never a single problem (knocking on wood).

Be sure to match the "Step Size" on the plotter and your printing preferences in windows... Solved my similar problem :)

Thanks so much....quick noob question...how do I set up the spot color?

Could someone please list a step by step procedure to go from Corel 9 to Versaworks with cut ready text / graphics, as well as full color. Currently, we go through Flexi on another computer to add the contour cut, but this is obviously 2x the work. Thanks so much :)
