I saw you getting bashed on the forum for asking about parking signs. That's why I don't post much in the few years I've been on this forum. Seems like some people spend more time on the forum bashing than actually making signs or helping people. I bought a book about 10 years ago called "Art Explosion". It came with about 600,000 images in vector and raster. What you are looking for is in there, along with a bunch of other useful stuff for saving time. You can still buy the same exact collection at many different stores. I've seen it at MicroCenter, Best Buy, and Fry's.
