    Hi All, Sorry for not getting back to you all sooner but our problem has now been sorted. It was all because of poor ink. We have now changed to a product from Sun Chem and all our problems have been corrected. Thank you

    I'll do the test print and post it or could email it. The nozzle pattern does change on the D/C after a strong clean. We don't have the extra heater on our machine

    We do leave our heaters on but the printer controls their heat, cooling after printing. We use genuine inks on the printer. Mike

    Hi all, We have a problem with two of the print head on our Seiko 64s. The D/Magenta has blocked nozels and the D/Cyan seems to block if we don't print in an hour or so. One engineer has referred to this as 'drops out a lot'. Cleaning clears the problem with the D/Cy but not the D/M. Mike
