  2. Business is picking up and I need to upgrade & a few newbie questions

    Graphtec 7000 I have a Graphtec bought in 2006, I just had my first problem and have found out they do not have parts for a machine that old anymore. So, if you plan on keeeping your cutter for a while Graphtec is not the company to do that with.
  3. Ink not consistent.

    Every job has this problem for the last week. If it is a suck back problem. it is happening in the time the head returns to start the next pass, but if I have red as a border on a 62 inch banner the second side comes out fine. What baffles me is that the head test is consistent.
  4. Mutoh Ink Starvation?

    I have seen your problem with not the correct heater temp with older vinyl. Some vinyls seem to oxidize with time and require a higher temperature to remove it. If your heater does not get hot enough I have used a torch to quickly move accost the vinyl to get rid of oxidation.

    I have a problem I have not seen before. The first inch on the right side goes from light ink to the amount of ink that should be put down. If I print two 1 inch lines vertical the first has the problem, but the second prints fine. I have done a head test and it looks good. I have not changed...
