    Randya....Thanks! you solved the problem. dtdm....go into Production Manager and run a size compensation. It will print an 'L' shape that is supposed to be exactly 12" x 12". If it is off, a dialog box will allow you to input the difference and that solved my problem.

    Yeah...I learned the hard way too. Make sure ALL your text is converted to curves before taking it into flexi via a .PDF

    4CP sucks....go with indexed color...it has to be converted to halftones anyway and that will still allow the colors to pop. The screen printer should have figured that out on his own based on the artwork.
