Randya....Thanks! you solved the problem.
dtdm....go into Production Manager and run a size compensation. It will print an 'L' shape that is supposed to be exactly 12" x 12". If it is off, a dialog box will allow you to input the difference and that solved my problem.
Hi all....I have a Mutoh Falcon driven by flexi 8.1 and my files are not printing the correct size.
Example: Design a 24 inch circle for a banner graphic, rip and print, and it prints a 22 inch circle.
Any ideas? FYI the preview in Flexi and Production Manager shows actual size.

4CP sucks....go with indexed color...it has to be converted to halftones anyway and that will still allow the colors to pop.
The screen printer should have figured that out on his own based on the artwork.
