We have an R1000 we want to modify these to fit. I can fab something else up, but these would work well for this application and the current space we have the printer in.
Does anyone have an old FB500 or FB550 extension tables that they no longer use or as part of a decommissioned printer?
Currently in Canada, but would pay to have shipped up here.
Hrmm that could very well be.
I've never worked with the arlon stuff. I usually don't use the Briteline product, but I couldnt' get any other cast matte laminate in Canada for this project. All the 3M and Avery were clean out so had to use BL
Hrmm, I know Britline is just rebranded from a major manufacturer, but obviously they wouldn't say who makes their line for them. Are you saying its General Formulations then?
The thing is this is all part of one big wall, so it has to be exact in terms of sheen / finish etc as these panels are...
Haha sorry. I had a huge project and I cleared out all of Canada and the US supply but still need 1 more roll left lol.

54" x 50 yard roll
Product Code - OLWC-MAT54
Its their Briteline Brand Cast Wrap Matte overlaminate

360 and 570 use completely different inks and heads and print technolgoy compared to the 300 or 500 series latex machines. I have perfect print...
I haven't bothered running just a CMYK profile to eliminate this. I need the full color gamut available since we're printing wraps on this, so even if that solved the problem, it just creates another almost bigger problem.
Yep same banding on all medias. Tried every single profile tweak imaginable.
Only thing that has actually removed it is going to 8pass UNI print mode which is the equivalent of 16pass, so thats not really a production acceptable print mode.
Yep I've done this before on our 365 and 360 machines many many times when we had the odd issue with a print head and it seating or being detected by the machine. I haven't tried this option yet but I'll certainly give it a shot and report back to you guys if I note any improvements.
Interesting. Is this in your personal shop or just 2 machines that you know of in your area?
I would love to have some more info or contact the person with these machines to get some consensus. I keep being told by my wholesaler I'm the only one experiencing this, but I just cant see that since...
