A customer has given us a PDF picture file that someone has added images to and they masked and croped the images and added them to a picture. When we open that PDF picture file in Flexi 8 or 10 some of the images that have been masked and added to the picture doesn't show the background and some of the images that were added are smaller then they should be in the picture. Why are some of the images not showing up on the picture like they should? The picture looks fine when opening it up in PDF program or even in Photoshop but not Flexi. Why is it doing that when opening the picture up in Flexi?

Hi everyone, we are having trouble printing high resolution photos after downsizing the photos to a 2"x3" picture. The pictures has small dots like an orange peel on it. It seams to loose its quality after downsizing the picture. We were wondering why and what we can do about this problem? Can anyone help us with this? Thank you so much for helping us.
