After more years than I remember I have finally embraced the gym and enjoy keeping fit and running. Whilst as a sign owner I have little time to myself I do enjoy listening to all kinds of music and you cant beat a good film. As most men appreciate I love tinkering with vehicles and am half way restoring a Mk3 Escort convertible and hope to add Series 3 Landrover to the garage soon.
