    Why am I getting this red shadow

    I think it is a rip issue I have tried everything i know to do. It prints the shadow on any file I print that uses magenta in a color. If I print pure yellow or pure cyan I get no shadow, but any color that uses magenta to make prints this crazy shadow.

    Mimaki JV33-130 with flexi printing red shadow

    I have a JV33 that is printing an unwanted magenta shadow. only does it on artwork sent by Flexisign. all the test patterns print fine. no clogged nozzles. Anyone seen this before? Any help would be appreciated.
