Hey there;
I saw one of your posts in regards to a Mimaki Printer and an FC8000-130 plotter... I was wondering if you could help me out briefly if you had a moment. We recently purchased an FC8000 and having a hard time figuring out how to do Print to Cut... I am using a different software (Signlab 8) but unfortunately its just the vinyl edition.
I guess my major question is; lets say something is designed in photoshop, then in illustrator the vector outline is created as its needed to be cut; how do the files need to look? in the sense, when the print has the crop marks, and I import the vector into Signlab, do the crop marks need to be included as well?
I cannot seem to find a good tutorial for this as the gentleman that was training us; knew nothing about his own machines and ontop the Mimaki.
Would you be able to take a moment and help me understand how I can make all this happen?
