I am having errors trying to read reg marks using my fc7000. I was wonder what the recommended reg mark is. I have tried 1 and 2. I have tried cutting vinyl with and without lamination. I replaced the rms so I know that isn't the issue. Any thoughts?
Thanks for helping me find auto scan!! When I look in the user manual I cannot find it. It was on. I completly forgot about making the reg marks from a box also.. The first time I ever even seen a plotter was 2 months ago. Just got the 7000 last week. The machine is really cool. Like...
I cannot find any "Auto Scan" option anywhere let alone under the "Auto Reg. Mark". The media is not laminated either. I'll be printing soon later on today so we will see what happens with reg mark 1 and thinner reg marks placed farther from the image. Any other ideas?

As for the marks being to close to the design I guess I'll have to make my...

I trimmed the media down to 1 inch (don't have a metric ruler) and verified the machine is in gp-gl. Still having Mark Scan Error. I'm going to keep messing with it.
Ok this is the media I am using http://sh-polygon.com/_en/products.asp?cid=37&id=836 . I get an immediate mark scan error both in Ai and when I try to do an auto scan through to axis/rms button directly on the plotter. It always happens on the first reg mark. I keep the heater on my solvent...
I am currently having issues with my Graphtec reading my reg marks. I am attempting to plot out of Ai via CuttingMaster 2 plugin. The two machines communicate perfectly. I can plot out of Ai just fine except for when it comes to reading the reg marks. I am using graphtec reg mark 2. I have reset...
