Knowing nothing about the Flexi software I would first say thet Gerber HP(or HS)15 is NOT the correct device. I would try another Gerber selection if there is any and also post on the board as others may have your same setup.

I have not gotten it yet but you can get it directly from Corel's site with some searching. Also saw it on Amazon.com.
