I would give Mike Nowak a call at NSW Sign Systems. He is the owner and has a huge commercial shop that does lighted signs, channel letters, routing and they can even manufacture their own pan faces there.

personally I would go to calsignwholesale, but only because they are fairly close to me so freight isnt that much of an issue
