all LED's work off of DC all you need to do is understand it all and do the calculation to see if it is fesable for what your customer wants. All you new people want is us that know how to do thing is tell you what to do. You need to learn, this profession isn't as easy as most of you think.

Use your fence or whatever and make sever cut inside the area you want removed! then use a screw drive to brake away the thin pieces left!
What you are basically making is a mortise and the sign would be the tenon.
What I think Colin is wanting to do is cut directly from Corel which is very possible if you have the windows driver for your plotter. This is how they were used before they got popular with the sign cutting vinyls. These plotters were originally made for large drawing (engineering drawings)!
