got new bulk cards never had a issue from premier colour got a broken chip code. tryed a few diffent ones....i get a kcmy reseat cart code.when i pull the cart and reset it goes back to y-broken chip. ive replaced the heater board and the junticion as well per solvent jet thinking it was...

how did you ever fix your "broken Chip " code that was coming up

too high heat on reflective...it wasnt even a bad strike....but here i am what i really need is what order and folder the cables go in iam second guessing myself and cant find that info

What order did you put your head cables in?

Anyone have a link or video or photo For the 4 head cables on a 1624 look at the head closest post being 1234 then on the CR board closest to you goes 4321 correct?

that is not a plug and play that something you got to do the firmware and such??

i pulled them all and they are good then tryed again......nothing. even sent a print over nothing.

yes sir it pulls ink for cleanings and nothing when i do a nozzle check at this point everything is new but the cr board. fuses are all showing continuity i check the ones you both said to look at plus all the ones on the main. and the one and only on the cr board. this thing was printing...

i have great ink. no air in the lines coming in to the dampers and on cleaning good flow from both waste tubes

i checked all the fuses i took the new cables off and put the old ones one still the same result

so now iam still at a loss

dtx 7 is what is needed for the 1624 i have the 29

if i have dx5 cables not dx7 would that cause this
