We've done this in 5 years without the bender. And no bucket truck. We stay far away from electrical.

It's a good practice. But the new L360 has an optimizer, so you shouldn't have if any very much color shift. Also most good rips have options to do them in the rip, and should take just as long as not doing it..

It's not a bad roll of perf. Di cutting Perf is a bad practice. Not saying it's not doable.. we just stay away from it.

Honestly it sounds like you got an Ok deal. They should bump you up to 17.50 an hr if you're a diligent employee. I have no idea how you work, or what type of ethics you have. But 17.50 an hr plus all those benefits. Sounds like a pretty good deal for an installer.

What do you consider benefits? How long have you been working there? How long does it take you to install 1 wrap? What do you do besides wrapping?

Most experience wrap installers can clean, prep, and install that type of wrap in an 8 hr day with ease.

That's actually a really easy set of bumpers. I can do that entire vehicle in 5-6 hrs flat. including perf.

First of all. Excellent quality on the install. Very impressive for someone without a lot of experience. As for the time 18-20 hr is a very long time. For our shop that's a 6-7 hr install. If your shop owner is charging for the customer for extensive install time it isn't a huge problem. But...
