    It's a good practice. But the new L360 has an optimizer, so you shouldn't have if any very much color shift. Also most good rips have options to do them in the rip, and should take just as long as not doing it..

    Honestly it sounds like you got an Ok deal. They should bump you up to 17.50 an hr if you're a diligent employee. I have no idea how you work, or what type of ethics you have. But 17.50 an hr plus all those benefits. Sounds like a pretty good deal for an installer.

    That's actually a really easy set of bumpers. I can do that entire vehicle in 5-6 hrs flat. including perf.
