We don't use our 1624 for routing because it only has an engraving spindle, not a full on router head, so it wouldn't stand up to routing, the machine you are looking at has interchangeable heads, so you would do Ada stuff with the engraving head, and switch it to the router head for cutting and...

We run a vision 1624 engraver and use the raster system for making Ada signs, it's a pretty good setup, we don't use it as a router but if you have specific questions about the engraving/Ada side I will try my best to help.
