If you look closely at the nozzle check image, do you notice that the nozzles itself are flipped. I from the top of u see it’s in kind of a “Z” shape. I don’t remember it being like that before this problem.

I have reinstalled the software to two different computers. And the results are exactly the same.

I tried to print the printer report from the menu, and when this was printing there was no issues So what does this mean ?

Can you explain a bit more on what profile u used later ? I don’t understand why this is a profile problem as it happened all of a sudden. I did clean the head manually a long time ago. After that didn’t.
