you should consider a new printer that doesn't have the name value in it. I use to run one of those, and they're complete junk.

We've been doing a lot of business with Chris at AZ sign pro.. Great company and group of people to work with. Literally can overnight anything to me that i want.. Always on time.. Always great quality. They print for me like they would for their customers.. no banding.. just over all great...

you made the mistake of designing without a deposit. You're going to spend hrs to get your money back, if you even do. Weight the options. take this as a lessons learned.. move on

Caldera, For sure. Switched to Caldera, I use half the ink i used with flexi, Colors are great.. support is even better.. You don't have to pay them to help you like you do in onyx. It's a great program, and run by a bunch of good people.
