by trapped? do you mean you put a choke/spread on?? EDIT: just saw Marlene's post....definitely check the material...if there is any kind of stress on the holes, that alone could be the culprit......does the vinyl go all the way to the edge of the material or is it stripped?? and i know this...

if i do vinyl app on the coro, my total is within $100 of gino...but i would send out the coro to be printed...doing that would bring my cost down to around $750......i tell all customer's turnaround time is about two weeks, but that is dependent on the proof approval.....usually i'm around...

excellent looking sign...i love the font selections....and there is no way i would go up on a ladder that high....put me in a bucket or dangle me upside down from the roof, but NO ladders....
