Need help with my Gerber

My father-in-law has a sign business. He has been using his Gerber IV E for the past 20 years, and it has worked wonderfully. Unfortunately the orange belt for the blade driver broke. Gerber no longer has parts for this model. Is there anyone that can help? I have checked out Ebay and...
