My advice Don't do it!!! I bought a flatbed screen printer, UV dryer , built a exposure unit and bought all the ink.. Its all been sold now... I found that I45 signs in Houston can print and ship them to me before i can get the screen burned it..

so what would you charge to do something like this?? The hood has been changed to a new style I'm putting on it.. My son just had this drawn by someone he meet..

are you using a vacuum exposure unit?? sounds like the screen is not flat against the glass...

Thanks strypguy... I put the cable in and its working great now..

I have an sp540V, When you print a decals and then place it back in the machine or change rolls it has a hard time finding the egde of the page. It will move out to the fist roller and then go back to the right and give a sheet set error or even go all the way to the left roller and start back...

x3 on hub pen, I have a couple different styles on the front counter and people love them..
