    captop not seating against the head? FIRST take a syringe and saturate the felt with cleaning fluid (ink with no pigment) run a cleaning cycle, REPEAT a time or two wouldn't hurt to pull ink through the line from captop to pump for waste tank

    did you print 6 identical copies of a job & then verify that they are EXACTLY the same size? if all the same size you can compensate if there is variation it could be as simple as slippage, (but certainly a different sort of problem)
