i live in pensacola, and we have LAMAR BILLBOARDS..........i see some with solar panels and some with wind generators....i would give them a call. these are the full sized billboards...24 x 40 or close....and they are bright at nite...

i like to coat out the window with kilz.........and then do all the paint with anything you got, one shot, rich art, ronan, latex house paint.........most are short term signs.....if its in a protected from rain area you can even use TEMPRA ..........
