    wrong media glad to hear problem solved. :) i sell Roland printers and would bet money that they just gave you a media for aqueous inks.

    wrong material This looks to me like you have an aqueous media/material in a Solvent printer. I would do as suggested earlier and put a roll of material in the machine that you know is made for solvent/ eco-solvent ink.
