yup, i would just explain it. you're in this to earn a living, and if you have to make trips and redo designs you're not making anything on the job - you'll need to raise the price above reasonable for what she's getting you to produce. appeal to common sense- it works- mostly.

why not do a screwed on ledger on the back of the sign if it's hidden fasteners your after. you're already there if the customer agreed to a batten fastened on the wall. dont do glue- we're all suggesting ya think safety! if you need a diagram PM me and i'll send you one!

what about less orange and more purple. purple, to me, comes across as more religious.like purple/green/gold/white to me feels "churchie". saying things with color choices works as well as words sometimes.

well since no one else has made any suggestions- i'll take a shot. my 7000 , which is actually a rebranded signwarehouse graphtec, is set up as a "printer". if yours is set up this way, try going to printer>printer properties>advanced and make sure the box is checked for "spool print jobs"
