We use Alupanel now too. Always used Alumalite in the past until my supplier ran out of it. I asked him why they didn't have it, he said no one wants it anymore now that they carried Alupanel. It's lighter, stronger, and about 1/2 the cost. No brainer.

My guess would be because you were using application fluid. I've never had one track off more than like 1/8"...and I don't even try...they just come out that well.

Two years ago I did custom clocks, went to Walmart and bought regular ones, and then just put their logo in the middle, they loved it. Then last year I think I did license plates, or something of that nature.
