  4. Does anybody have a creative way of recycling all the backing paper we throw away?

    We run all of our backing paper through a confetty shredder. We bag it and Guys that run the UPS store come and get it for shipping packing. You would be amazed how much less trash we have. It has silicone on it so it can't be recycled like normal paper.

    We ran our rolands at full speed all the the time. The only time we slowed them down was for detailed stuff and copy under 1" tall.

    Back in the "old days" of layering vinyl we would always only lay on 2-3 letters at a time so stuff stayed lined up. Glad we don't layer vinyl anymore! Don't miss all the weeding.

    I used to use shower board. If they don't wipe it off right after they use it the markers will stain the board. Been there done that....

    Wow, can't get any simpler to vectorize. About 2 minutes to do. Do one and duplicate it.

    We do these all the time with wipe-it dry erase laminate from Fellars. Use PVC plastic instead of coro, they will hold up way better. Been there done that.....people will notice the difference.
