    If you print, you MUST laminate ... no way around that. Like someone else suggested, design it, then outsource the printing and laminating until you can afford to invest in the right equipment.

    I have a Roland, and print on GLOSSY poster paper. I use the GPPG white glossy photo paper setting. The setting right below that is GPPM, photo matte paper ... Try that one?
