I bought VMP because I thought it would work with my Ioline artpro 3500 which I have no driver for. Then after I bought it I read that it required my cutter to already be working with some other software so it can be Initialized. I wish I had of know that befor I paid for it. Oh well I guess...

I am wanting to enter the vinyl cutting world and was wonder is the pnc-1000 a good choice for a beginner or is it to outdated? How can you tell the age of one of these and what price range should I expect to pay? Any opinions greatly appreciated. Thanks
