You can update the firmware with MSM (Mutoh Status Monitor). SM uses the same registration as the Mutoh Club. Go to mutoh.com>support>printer registration>(login)>application & manual OR Public FTP>MSM. You still need the login from Mutoh Club to install MSM. If you bought it used or whatever...

That is a very old version. The newer versions are assigned to techs with individual usernames and passwords. Mutoh can tell who is using it.
Why do you need access to MSA?
You only need to go into diagnostics mode to enter a head rank, not MSA
That part is known in “Mutoh-speak” as the donut. If it falls off or gets lost or damaged, I’m told you can replace it with an extra large diameter pool noodle cut to size. Just make it fit the entire shaft length. If your donut is skewed, it probably has a broken retainer tab.
Many of the profiles for this printer have temps set too high. Drop them to 35, 38, 50. Also there is no issue whatsoever with running the head height at Low2
The table lifts up to load directly into the pressure rollers from the feed roller below but the EL has no option for a take up. You have to move up to the 54 or 62 Base to get that.
Mutoh instructed us that the lawyers go after the client but the client goes after the sign shop. Don’t let the client make you produce a non-compliant sign. Download the style sheet and show it to them. Make them sign off on it. Disability activists look for non-compliant signs.
The dividing line between automatic cleanings and Longstore is about two weeks. Any longer than that, Longstore makes more sense. In addition, no worries about power interruptions
