You can send them a W9 on your own. As far as insurance, I wouldn't give them anything other than your contractor number if you have one. If you are not doing installs then the W9 is sufficient.

We only use magnetic hoops unless where are doing a very large patch over 10". Then we heat the material to make it easier to hoop.

I have never found that glued on patches stayed on. The thickness isn't the glue but the backing or stabilizer used on the patches. They can be sewn without that to make them 'thinner'. We pretty much do all of our patches with buckram for a stabilizer and glue unless the customer doesn't want...

This has just started. Happened twice now. The blue light is on solid. The machine won't respond to any inputs except unplugging it and re-plugging it in. Then it works but the next day back to a solid blue light. Any thoughts on what I should be looking at?
