I tried an aftermarket brand and had that problem. Seemed it stuck to itself on the roll. I went back to roland banner material and the problem went away.

I've been through the "THIS BANNER IS JUST AS GOOD AS ROLAND, BUT CHEAPER" That's just what is is " cheaper. Do yourself a favor, change back to Roland... "ESM- FRSB banner material. Should be around $250.00 for a 54" roll, and use the roland profile, Prints great every time. Jim

That's a long print for a first time try on the big squegee. Your going to need a table at least that long, or maybe on the floor. (anything long and flat) I would get used to it first with some smaller prints. I have a big squegee, but I think I would find someone with a laminator for that...
